Jackie has been making and decorating celebration cakes for over 23 years. Jackie trained at the National Bakery School in London and, after several years working full-time as a Cake Decorator, went on to train as a Further Education Teacher with successful evening and Saturday schools. Jackie has always been an active member of the British Sugarcraft Guild and is an accredited demonstrator. Jackie's cake business is fairly unique, where she personally discusses, designs and produces the cake for each customer. Whether you are having a small birthday celebration, or a wedding for 200 guests, each cake is individually designed to your specification. Jackie is available six days a week, with her studio displaying many examples of her work and a large collection of photograph albums.
